Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall production management 
• Plan and monitor the production to ensure the process & procedures in smooth operation to meet high quality output and on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with the factory to ensure all production works are on track and well-controlled
• Assist in site visits, and measurements and provide construction plans accordingly
• Manage production and technical aspects of events, meetings, and exhibitions.
• Implement, supervise, and manage the execution for event and production on site.
• Responsible for maintaining contact with existing and potential partner factories, establishing and developing collaborative relationships.
• Seeking new partner factories, evaluating their production capacity, quality standards, and delivery capabilities, have factory network in different sector is a plus
• Familiar with eco-friendly technique is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event experience and specialize in production aspect.
  Skilled at technical drawing with AutoCAD would be highly preferable.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability on multi-tasking.
• Familiar with event setup, staging, AVL equipment.
• Passionate about the job and willing to work flexible hours
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and English Processing
