Job Description

• Provide overseas education consultation and information to students/parents
• Handle enquiries and administrative duties related to student recruitment
• Provide expert education advice and guidance to clients, assisting them in preparing necessary documentation.
• Build up good relationship with applicants and parents
• Monitor, chase and follow up applicants inquiry and application
• Communicate with school admission team when needed
• Follow up on student applications and oversee study logistics to ensure a smooth transition for students.

Requirements:

• Friendly, polite with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Responsible, service-oriented, self motivated and hard-working
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, preferably good at Cantonese and English.
• Proficient in reading and written English
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS Excel, Word, PPT and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and persuasive skills
• Sales and customer service related experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Experience of studying in the US/UK and graduates from US/UK boarding school/university is highly desirable
