Job Duties:

• Oversee and carry out day-to-day HR operations, ensuring effective recruitment strategies, compensation and benefits programs, performance management and HRIS management.

• Develop and execute the strategic talent acquisition plans to align with business strategy and workforce development planning

• Formulate and implement annual performance appraisal and salary review process

• Coordinate and conduct staff cost budgeting and data analysis, compile reports and statistics for management review

• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years’ solid HR experience with at least 2 years in managerial role 

• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, other related legislation and HR Practices; prior working experience with Chinese Enterprises in Hong Kong or property management is advantageous

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver timely and quality work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Proficiency in spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and written English
