Your role at Finoverse

• Research speakers and industry leaders within the fintech industry
• Assist speakers and VIP invitations
• Assist in programme planning such as conferences, VIP events, global seminars, business networking receptions, etc.
• Handle logistic arrangements for VIPs and conference speakers, e.g, schedule briefing sessions, collect speakers' pictures or bios for the event promotion etc
• Provide administrative support to the Programmes and Speaker Team

Who you are

• Passionate about the fintech industry
• Recent or Fresh Graduates in Business/ Journalism/ Event Management/ Marketing or related field
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable
• Good in both English and Chinese business writing
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in events, PR companies or startups/ small teams is a big plus

• Have basic knowledge of the Finance or FinTech Industry and trends.
• Confident and friendly person with excellent communication and strong coordination skills
• Comfortable liaising with senior executives/professionals
• Excellent organization, management, collaborative, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks
• Eager to grow and willing to take on challenges
• Be able to work under pressure and always want to deliver beyond expectations
