Requirements:

• Certificate holder or above in IT or Computer related discipline
• At least 5-year working experience as pre-sales support in IT industry
• Experience in ITSM, networking, cybersecurity, Active Directory and Linux will be an advantage
• Highly presentable, Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills 

Job Responsibility:

• pre-sales support
• Gather and understand user requirements
• Design solution according to the requirements
• Conduct product / solution presentation and demo
• Carry out PoC (Proof of Concept)
• Delivering professional services

Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Systems Engineer or trainee
