Job Description
Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our Nespresso team based in Hong Kong. This is an exciting role that will see you to drive trade business results and brand visibility by managing relationships and closing deals with on & offline (trade and machine) partners.
A day in the life of...
Reporting to B2C Commercial Manager of Hong Kong & Macau, you will be responsible for the strategy building of trade network through:
- Identifying business opportunity & enhancing partnership with trade partners (current and new, on-and offline, sell-in and sell-out)
- Managing Promotor Agent performance, lead negotiations of service agreements on charge and service scope
- Driving business efficiency, review ROI and achieve business targets
- Ensuring premium positioning of Nespresso's brand, promotion and commercial development presented at trade points and e-retailer platforms
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing together with Trade Marketing and B2C Business operation all retail sales activities which include: POSM, demo program, cooperative advertising, sales incentives, end-consumer promotions, trade training and all the trade projects
- Driving campaigns and commercial activities to accelerate Ultimate Coffee Experience that in line with Omni-channel strategy
- Leading & coaching team. Drive talent development topics & enforce a collaborative culture
To be successful in this role, the incumbent is expected to holder of a bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years’ experience in commercial partnership management gained from retail/corporate sales environment. You’ll love working in an agile environment, being able to articulate your idea and navigate both yourself and stakeholders to positive solutions. You’ll also possess knowledge & experience in -
- On-and offline (external) retail management
- Managing network with major electronics chains & department store or equivalent will definitely an advantage
- Leading and managing (key) account managers/field staff
- Selling value propositions (premium/luxury goods)
- Experience in the coffee category is a plus
