Roles & responsibilities

 

  • Assists in the development and update of consumer portrait, understands in store environment, assists in defining category strategy and desired relative price, understands pricing and promotional strategy
  • Understands consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, assists in the development of Innovation pipeline
  • Assists in developing and executing strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Provides support in tracking and monitoring the performance, brand health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of PFME investment of the brand
  • Supports the development of Brand Essences, Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Facilitates the communication with agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted Nutrition, Health and Wellness leader
  • Follow through experience in new product development process from idea to launch
  • Work with agencies to execute advertising and media plan, which has to be in line with the overall brand proposition
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Minimum 2 years experiences in brand management, preferably in FMCG or F&B industries with multi-category products 
  • With previous exposure in matrix organizational structure and multi-disciplinary businesses would be highly preferable
  • Good problem solving skills;  Proactive and positive to change, with good analytical mind
  • Knowledgeable in consumer research and market data analysis
  • With successful track record in delivering marketing KPIs
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
