Our client, a Japanese printer manufacturer is looking for an Engineer to join their team:

Duties:

• Investigate customers’ complaints and liaise with JPHQ to solve the QA/QC problem
• Provide training programs to technicians of sister companies/ distributors in Southeast Asia (Around once per month)
• Record and report the problem by using various portal sites and systems
• Receive training in JPHQ (Around twice per year) to develop expertise in advanced printing technologies, color management, and pre-press workflows

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of product repair/maintenance experience in the manufacturing field with knowledge in printer-related products
• Fluent in English
• Japanese ability is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
