Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for verification on the customer due diligence (CDD), know your client (KYC), name screening, risk level assessment of new and existing clients;
- Conduct periodic review on the existing client information;
- Clients' static data input and data maintenance;
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner;
- Perform ad hoc projects as required.
Requirement:
- Degree holder or above in Business or related disciplines;
- 1-2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the financial industry;
- Holder of SFC RA1 & RA2 would be an advantage;
- Good team player and customer-oriented;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
