Job Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
(This is a fixed-term contract position of maximum 6-month)
You will be responsible for:
- promoting the festivals presented by West Kowloon Cultural District’s Performing Arts Division, through integrated marketing campaigns including online, print, outdoor and social marketing channels;
- assisting in planning and producing a range of promotional materials such as key visuals, trailers, print matters, out-of-home advertisements and social media content to showcase the unique selling points of the festival;
- communicating with Programme team, artists, producers, partners, designers, editors, agencies and production houses to achieve set outcomes;
- coordinating with Development team to fulfill sponsor’s requirements;
- optimising marketing strategy based on ticket sales and KPIs;
- performing onsite duties during the festival; and
- preparing marketing and evaluation reports.
You should:
- possess a recognised degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Management, Creative Media, or related disciplines;
- have at least 3 - 5 years of relevent experience preferably in the fields of arts and culture, marketing, and tourism; less experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer;
- have a track record of developing and implementing successful online and offline marketing campaigns;
- have excellent project management and problem solving skills;
- be able to work independently and collaboratively;
- be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- have excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
