We are currently seeking an Officer, Operations to join our young and energetic team. You will be responsible for managing our daily customer service operations, including customer support, order tracking, order logistics arrangement, regular system updates and assist with other administrative task. 

Responsibilities:

• Support on operations materials preparation from memorandum drafting, essential invoices handling and document submissions, retail incentive calculation, etc 
• Perform stock update by updating inventory movement regularly  
• Maintain daily operation and administration support with all offline branches 
• Assist to develop and maintain process to improve omni-channel shopping experience and journey flow in an efficient way 
• Perform order tracking and logistics support to offline shop orders
• Support to customer service by catering enquiries from multiple channels including but not limited to email, phone calls, social media, etc in a professional manner (training to be provided) 
• Assist on ad-hoc tasks per business needs 
   

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree holder in business-related discipline or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related industry 
• Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, etc 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently 
• Excellent time management and task execution skills
