The role:

• Assist Technology Department to understand internal customers’ pain points and drive to work out practical solutions
• Responsible for investigating operational issues, problems and provide initial recommendation
• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
• Coordinate with users and vendors in the development of projects
• Perform test & commissioning and arrange rollout
• Evaluate the achievement and effectiveness after the development go live
• Undertake on-going support, analysis and reporting of the solutions to internal customers
• Data preparation
• Prepare varies types of analytic reports
• Write documentations and perform administration work
• Maintain the content of public information
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor degree related to Information & Technology, Science, Engineering, Business, Geography, Transportation, or related disciplines
• Understanding in public transport, bus routes, roads and places in Hong Kong is preferred
• Experience of participating in projects from inception to implementation is desirable. The projects should relate to information system, technology, innovation, smart mobility and/or customer experience
• Proficient with computer operation
• Comfortable to work with abundance of data and UI/UX/workflow design
• Strong personality with initiative, leadership ability and willingness to learn
• Attentive to details, well organized, multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, high adaptability and flexibility to agile timeline
• Innovative, creative and open minded
• Able to articulate ideas and opinions effectively
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome
