Our client is a global luxury brand with very well-established presence and strong brand equity. They are currently looking for a seasoned Associate Retail Director to manage their key stores in Hong Kong serving a pool of important high-net-worth clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for retail operations in Hong Kong 
• Demonstrate strong sales leadership for staff and set realistic sales targets to the team with relevant to KPIs and retail tools in order to achieve increasing sales, to endorse profitability and to strengthen market share. 
• Educate brand’s strategies, boutique’s core values and client experience best practices
• Motivate and inspire boutique team with industry news, product newness and competitors’ landscape updates
• Manage media coordinates with internal & external stakeholders for implementation of PR and event programs.
• Lead team on managing after-sales services, call centres, ad hoc fluid situations 
• Monitor closely on merchandise inventory levels to ensure adequate goods for achieving sales targets 

Requirement:

• At least 12 years' of Boutique / Retail Management experience in managing sizeable retail team of 80-100 staff
• Presentable with high standards of grooming, elegant and well-versed in English, Mandarin, Cantonese 
• Strong understanding of managing ultra/high net-worth clients’ needs and priorities 
• Seasoned and sales-oriented with extensive networking and intellectual communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with flexibility
• Strong salesmanship and deal-closing ability
• Excellent inter-personal & communication skill
