Responsibilities:

• Cultivate the business strategies of card, personal loan, mortgage and SME products 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver the business growth
• Lead the teams to drive the profitability of consumer finance department
• Report to head of retail banking and ensure to comply with compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirement 

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Over 10 years experiences in banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record and experiences in consumer finance products 
• Solid experiences in leading the team for banking's profit growth
