We are partnering with a US based global entertainment hub who is looking for a Marketing Partnership Coordinator (12-month contract) to join their Global Marketing Partnerships team in Hong Kong. The role supports the team in account management and business development, focusing on growing and developing marketing partnerships in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing partner activations, including creative submissions, business reviews, event activations, media placements, and promotional executions.
• Develop presentations and materials for marketing partner business reviews.
• Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand business processes, guidelines, and procedures.
• Maintain current CRM processes for partners.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of entertainment sponsorship, including promotions, events, media, and marketing.
• Experience in client management, project management, and event planning.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of other Asian languages (Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, Mandarin) is a plus.
