About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to design, develop and evolve the 3G/4G/5G NSA and SA packet core network
• Design and rollout the mobile data services for 2B and 2C customers
• Lead a team to continuously improve mobile data network performance and user experience
• Coach and train team members to continuously improve their technical skills

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' experience in telecommunications industries, of which at least 7 years' experience in data services
• Strong knowledge in Mobile Packet Core Networks, Data Service, Roaming, Policy and Charging Control  
• A drive team leader with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
