About the Role

• As a Service Engineer, you will be involved in all service field operations matters.
• You will be responsible for working with the engineering team and coordinating the implementation of company systems and programmes.
• You will be the first point of contact and a trusted advisor for our customers.
• Assess the efficiency of existing systems and advise enhancements.

About You

• Tertiary education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services.
• 5 or more years’ experience in engineering, preferably from the construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Engineer or Engineer position.
