Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end settlement process, including trade confirmation, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Investment products include Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Funds, Direct Investments and Properties
• Conduct thorough reviews of trade documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the timely and accurate settlement of trades, adhering to internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with external counterparties such as brokers and banks to facilitate smooth settlement processes.
• Perform cash flow management and budgeting activities to effectively monitor and control financial resources.
• Contribute to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects by providing support and expertise in settlement operations and treasury functions.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling trade settlement or fund operations, preferably gained within financial institutions such as securities or brokerage firms.
• Demonstrate familiarity with various financial products, including funds, securities, stocks, bonds, and other treasury-related instruments.
• Exhibit a strong command of both English and Cantonese languages, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
• Display strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints.
