Job Responsibilities:
⦁ Manage the daily operation of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, sales target setting, work report submission, etc.
⦁ Establish and maintain good customer relations, provide high-quality customer service, improve customer satisfaction, and establish close VIP connection.
⦁ Responsible for the performance of the sales team, providing training and guidance to ensure that the team achieves the sales target.
⦁ Ensure that the store image and display meet the company's requirements, and keep the store clean and orderly.
