Duties
 

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting in a professional manner
• Responsible to work according to the shift duty assigned and support roster to company
• Respond to user requests in office and visits to remote locations for assistance
• Perform trouble-shooting for the PC workstation and laptop
• Assist project deployment for hardware & software
• Assist administer IT asset inventories, ensuring records are in an accurate and kept up to date
• Responsible to work according to the shift duty assigned and support roster to company
• Perform ad hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Min. 3 working experience and 1 years’ relevant experience of system support
• Good communication skill, outgoing and self-motivated personality is required
• Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
• Holder of MCSE, MCITP or CCNA will be advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Systems Engineer or above
