Job Description

Reporting to the Headquarters Human Capital Management Director based in Hong Kong, the incumbent is responsible for providing end-to-end HR services for designated departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering - Be the first point of contact to assigned departments and provide all-rounded HR services.
  • Talent Recruitment - Source, engage & manage candidate relationships, attract & outreach talents via different recruitment channels and recruitment partners.
  • Manpower Planning - Manage the manpower plan and the full recruitment and selection process for assigned departments
  • HR Daily Operations - Ensure timely & quality delivery of HR services from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
  • HR Projects - Assist department head and/or partner with Centre of Excellence to execute various HR Projects such as Management Trainee / Management Executive Program, Job Fairs, Annual Salary Review Exercise and Bonus payment, etc.  
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements

  • University graduate in HRM or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ solid relevant HR experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Detailed oriented, well organized and with strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
  • A good team player, fast-paced and has positive mindset
