Job Description
Our esteemed client, a globally recognized luxury brand boasting a robust market presence and unparalleled brand equity, is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic High Jewelry Development Manager. This pivotal role entails overseeing the comprehensive development of the High Jewelry business, encompassing talent pool cultivation, client management, stock optimization, and local market support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the boutique management team to propose, develop, and meticulously execute action plans for the High Jewelry business, while vigilantly monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to drive optimal results.
- Effectively communicate and articulate the Corporate's High-End strategy to the team, fostering a deep understanding of the specific needs and unique market characteristics within the regional team.
- Collaborating seamlessly with various departments, particularly Marketing, CRM, and Training, the successful candidate will play a vital role in enlightening and empowering the local High Jewelry community.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of high-net-worth client performance, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Actively coach and mentor High Jewelry Sales Associates in collaboration with the CRM team and boutique management, nurturing their skill sets and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Uphold stringent adherence to internal policies throughout the entire sales process, meticulously overseeing each stage from initial client contact to successful invoicing completion.
- Contribute significantly to the coordination and recruitment of high-net-worth clients, curating unforgettable experiences during High Jewelry events and optimizing the post-event Return on Experience (ROE).
- Proactively explore and evaluate potential avenues for commercial development, strategically forging third-party partnerships that align with the brand's vision and values.
- Foster a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support within the High Jewelry Sales Associate community, actively participating in the High Jewelry local board members' activities, shaping their format, curating compelling content, selecting esteemed speakers, and determining eligibility criteria for participation.
- Share crucial insights and key information with the regional High Jewelry community, thereby facilitating the local development of the High Jewelry business. This includes staying abreast of competitor events and identifying potential collaborations with art and culture organizations.
Requirements:
- A distinguished career spanning a minimum of 10 years, with a proven track record in high-end luxury jewelry development, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and a keen analytical acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making to maximize business growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, empowering effective conveyance of the Corporate's High-End strategy and fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in discerning insights from client and sales associate performance data, enabling the identification of trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining strict adherence to established guidelines and processes.
- A natural ability to cultivate a vibrant sense of community and teamwork within the High Jewelry department, fostering an environment conducive to collaboration and continuous learning.
- An expansive knowledge of the luxury industry, including market trends and competitor activities, ensuring a deep understanding of the ever-evolving landscape.
- Impeccable personal presentation, embodying the highest standards of grooming, and possessing fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese languages to facilitate seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.
