Account Manager (IT solutions)

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new client relationships while managing and sustaining existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and drive business opportunities.
• Craft tailored sales proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain enduring client relationships.
• Operate autonomously with a mature approach to problem resolution.

Requirements

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Engineering or a related field.
• Brings 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions.
• Has established customer relationships within sectors such as Government, Public Utilities, Education, or Commercial sectors, which is highly beneficial.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Chinese.
• Shows initiative, self-motivation, and a customer-centric attitude, with a determined drive.
• Committed to meeting sales targets with a strong selling acumen and a passion for success.
