Responsibilities

- Design, develop and automate interactive Customers and Products BI Dashboards or MIS reporting through programmed scripting
- Independently implement data initiatives, conduct business analysis, and share best practices regionally
- Work closely with Regional Data Analytics team and various in-country stakeholders such as Business Units, Product Units to identify new business growth opportunities or enhance risk controls
- Work together to develop, validate and maintain in-country Data Architecture for analytics and reporting purpose
- Work with stakeholders to source for new/ incremental data elements

Requirements

- University degree with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in data analytics
- Strong data engineering, extraction, mining, and process automation capabilities
- Experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
- Experience with using scripting languages (Python/SAS) to conduct business analysis, automate processes and reports generation  
- Good knowledge of visual analytics capability through interactive dashboard design and development
- Fluent in English and Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Independent, hands-on, self driven and passionate in data analytics
