IT Operations Manager (Service Management)

Inspire is working with a leading name in Luxury Retail, to hire an IT Operations Manager specializing in Service Management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Role Overview

  • Overseeing the day-to-day IT operations and service delivery, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
  • Managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Developing and implementing IT service management processes and procedures to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT service issues, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitoring and analysing IT service performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment.

Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Management within a large multinational corporation.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively engage with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management best practices, ITIL framework, and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex IT issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working in the luxury retail industry or a similar customer-focused environment would be highly beneficial
