Company Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take up the role of Senior Manager (Overseas Campus Recruitment). Starting from scratch, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment program, establishing and nurturing relationships with overseas top-notch universities, conducting interviews, and serving as a brand ambassador for the company. This is a critical role in their talent acquisition strategy, as they aim to attract top talent from prestigious institutions.

Responsibilities

Report to the Head of Human Capital and work closely with the executive committee team.

(Program Design)

  • Develop and execute a campus recruitment strategy tailored.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define recruitment goals, objectives, and metrics.
  • Design innovative and engaging recruitment programs, road show, events, and initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in campus recruitment.

(Relationship Building)

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with career services offices, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for career services offices and foster a collaborative partnership.
  • Cultivate relationships with student groups, clubs, and organizations to increase brand awareness and engagement.

(Interviewing and Selection)

  • Conduct interviews, both on-campus and virtually.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to ensure alignment on candidate evaluation and selection criteria.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

(Brand Ambassador)

  •  Represent the company as a brand ambassador at various events and engagements.
  •  Articulate company's mission, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Promote the employer brand through effective storytelling, highlighting our unique culture and career development opportunities.
  • Leverage social media platforms and other channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement with students and alumni.

(Tracking and Reporting)

  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Create regular reports and presentations to share recruitment progress, key insights, and achievements with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campus recruitment, particularly within top-ranked universities worldwide or other prestigious institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with students, faculty, and career services professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and potential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
