Responsibilities:

• Lead a centralized team responsible for, facilities, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management of Hong Kong operations.
• Oversee the facilities management and building services of all owned and rented premises to ensure the facilities are well-maintained, cost-effective, and within the approved budget.
• Provide leadership and take responsibility for the environmental, health, and safety agenda across all functions and locations in Hong Kong and Macau.
• As the Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH), promote a strong safety culture, conduct proper audits, and deliver training to ensure high safety standards and awareness throughout the organization.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 year's facilities management experience, preferably in property management or other related disciplines, * Registered Safety Officer
• Proven ability to design and implement efficient work-flow systems, ensuring smooth operations and maximising productivity across all function teams;
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communication skills in interacting with people at all levels, capability to interact with stakeholders, the Accommodation's management, relevant boards, committees, taskforce members
