Job Description

The Senior / FP&A Manager will report to the Finance Director and CFO. This individual will play a high-profile and critical role in supporting the delivery of a first-class finance function and be instrumental in driving quality commercial information to support the growth and development of the business.

As the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:

• Prepare regular financial performance reports and conduct performance reviews to support business decision making.
• Monitor key business drivers for digital initiatives and other responsible functional areas of the business.
• Act as the finance business partner with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting process including scenario planning simulation and analysis.
• Responsible for pricing strategy review, analysis, planning and evaluation.
• Facilitate process optimization and implementation projects from the finance perspective to enhance business operation efficiency and market competitiveness.
• Responsible for design, deployment and maintenance of internal FP&A reports.
• Perform presentation preparation to key stakeholders in the business as needed.

Qualification :

• A Qualified Accountant (CPA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing management accounting and reporting requirements.
• A proven track record in a complex retail environment is highly desirable; exposure to F&B industry would be an added advantage.
• A desire to add value and to provide a valuable contribution to the wider business.
• The ability to be a business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
• A proven track record of building relationships at all levels within the organization
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyses and present data.
• Operations and commercial literacy.
• Ability to organize multiple responsibilities and deliver results in an accurate and timely manner while adapting to changes in priorities.
• Ability to influence and strategically partner with individuals of various educational and technical backgrounds, both inside and outside the organization.
• Detail and process oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• A hands-on, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow up skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoints or other analytical tools.
