Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll functions including data input, MPF & other compensation calculation, tax return
- Update staff leave records and attendance records in HR System and in timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update contract mechanics record, personnel filing and database administration
- Provide clerical support to HR team
- Participate in out-door recruitment activities is required
- Provide daily support to HR department
- Assist in any Ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder / Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in payroll execution preferably gained in sizable firm.
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- Possess strong sense of responsibility and well organized
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and Excel functions
- Immediate available is highly preferred
