Human Resources Office Administrator – Personnel Section

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll functions including data input, MPF & other compensation calculation, tax return
  • Update staff leave records and attendance records in HR System and in timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update contract mechanics record, personnel filing and database administration
  • Provide clerical support to HR team
  • Participate in out-door recruitment activities is required
  • Provide daily support to HR department
  • Assist in any Ad-hoc task as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder / Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in payroll execution preferably gained in sizable firm.
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility and well organized
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and Excel functions 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
