Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement marketing programs such as festive decorations, sales-driven campaigns & public relations activities for retail portfolio
• Prepare quality marketing collateral and creative content for social media
• Handle third-party venue booking
• Monitor & review marketing campaigns’ effectiveness and prepare evaluation reports with marketing insights
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, tenants and vendors in promoting our shopping malls
• Support team head for marketing co-ordination and completing administrative tasks

Requirements: 

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines is preferred 
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained in shopping mall
• Creative, mature, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic & fast-paced working environment 
• Proactive, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants, business partners & stakeholders 
• Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to details 
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Marketing Officer
