About the Position

This is an exciting lead role that offers an opportunity to have a substantial impact on business growth through leading, coaching and developing a team of up to 30 promoters, operating across various channels in Hong Kong. The position is responsible for delivering and achieving sales and event management activities and goals, including training and development, and implementation of a rewarding incentive scheme.

Key Responsibilities -

• Responsible for promoter store sales and expos for our health products
• Allocate and supervise promoters to assigned locations, manage sales performance, and maintain promoter work schedule and daily operation
• Provide training to promoters including but not limited to policies and procedures, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Organise promotional activities to drive sales and acquire new customers
• Prepare reports, analyse traffic and conversion rates to provide recommendations to increase profitability
• Prepare monthly forecasts for sales
• Consolidate daily sales and ensure accurate calculation of salaries and commission
• Lead the recruitment process as required.

Due to the nature of the position and the business, you will be required to travel to, and work at, client and prospective client sites, and frequent visits to promoters to foster a close working relationship.

Key Requirements -

• 3 years’ experience within FMCG sales and/or promoter management
• Excellent analytical, people management, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Tertiary qualification in relevant field  - Preferred

Less experienced candidates will be considered as Promotion & Event Officer.
