Qualifications & experience

• At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in office software and HR management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and willingness to travel within the region.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Developing and implementing regional HR strategies and policies that align with the global company strategy.
• Leading core HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
• Evaluating and improving HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Providing HR consultation and support to the management team to resolve complex employee issues.
• Promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion, fostering employee development and organizational growth.
