Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Tradebeyond team, including but not limited to organizing files, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support Key management team's personal matters and provides secretarial services.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders promptly and courteously.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives, such as team-building activities and corporate outings.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to facilitate cross-functional projects and tasks.
- Adhere to established office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in administrative processes.
- Undertake additional administrative duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Cantonese.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of trade industry practices and terminology is an advantage.
