Job Description:

• Draft and/or conduct legal review of a wide range of legal documentations, including but not limited to terms and conditions, agreements, marketing materials and transactional documents.
• Assist in formulating legal advice and provide legal and regulatory support on issues and requests raised by internal teams.
• Provide daily support on company secretarial and investor relations matters for all group companies.
• Coordinate meetings of shareholders, directors and committees and follow up on action points.
• Develop and manage the contract library, the contract clause library and the intellectual properties library.
• Provide general clerical/administrative support to the Legal team, including but not limited to review of translations of documents, formatting of documents and record-keeping of legal documents.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Law from a university in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions.
• Sound knowledge in PRC laws, laws and regulations governing stored value facility and virtual assets in Hong Kong is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of in-house experience gained or legal experience from an international law firm (preferably with experience in financial and/or virtual asset industry).
• Experienced in company law and in contract negotiations, writing, and drafting skills.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility, tight timeline and confidential matters.
• Proactive, reliable and capable to work independently and as a team.
• Excellent command of oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
