Your role at Finoverse

• Assist in organizing different formats of events, such as VIP receptions, global business seminars, workshops, conferences etc
• Research different vendors and suppliers for event projects, e.g catering, AV, branding materials etc
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics/productions
• Coordinate and manage various event management systems
• Assist in the event logistics, equipment, promotional materials, and decoration
• Manage CRM system and handle RSVP
• Research the market trends and brainstorm ideas

Who you are

• Currently studying or graduated in Event Management/ Marketing Business or a related field
• Available to work a minimum of 3 full days per week
• Passionate about the corporate event industry
• Positive and willing to learn
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Abilities we are looking for

• Minimum 1 year of event organizing experience
• Strong administrative skills and an ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
