Job Description

Responsibilities :
 

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the management in both business activities or personal matters;
  • Participate in leadership and strategy meetings
  • Provide clerical support to HR & Admin Department, e.g. interviews arrangement, attendance monitoring, purchase of office supplies ,maintenance of office equipment, MPF, employee compensation leave etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management;
  • Handle invoice payments, update payment records and maintain proper filing system
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare minutes, reports, meeting material and agenda;
  • Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.


 

 

Requirements :
 

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administrative works;
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact well with internal and external parties;
  • Proficiency in Accounting/ Finance is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
