Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the management in both business activities or personal matters;
- Participate in leadership and strategy meetings
- Provide clerical support to HR & Admin Department, e.g. interviews arrangement, attendance monitoring, purchase of office supplies ,maintenance of office equipment, MPF, employee compensation leave etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management;
- Handle invoice payments, update payment records and maintain proper filing system
- Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare minutes, reports, meeting material and agenda;
- Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline;
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative works;
- Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact well with internal and external parties;
- Proficiency in Accounting/ Finance is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
