Key Responsibilities:

Provide users with desktop support for hardware, software and applications.

Handle remote IT support monitoring and maintenance of servers, networks and IT equipment.

Work requirements:

Good knowledge of IT systems and applications.

Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.

Applicants with experience in IT support services will be given priority.
