SinoEnergy Capital (HK) Limited is a dynamic and fast-growing investment company focusing on the global shipping and energy industry active in ship owning, leasing, technical management, offshore oilfield support service and new energy business. With our expansion, we are looking for a candidate who is open for a new and challenging job to join our growing team. 

Job Description:

• Perform daily accounting and finance related duties, including handle daily AP and AR, bank reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, internal control, other general ledger functions, and internal/external business reports as required;
• Handle full set of monthly management accounts independently;
• Perform variance analysis, review and monitor costs;
• Lead financial reporting and process improvement projects;
• Perform analytical review on management reports to explain the business performance;
• Assist in on-going review of portfolio companies financial planning, reporting, forecast and budgeting activities;
• Ensure portfolio companies' financial governance and audit procedures are in place;
• Assist in year-end closing, annual audit and tax matters;
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance;
• HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience;
• Experience with Ship Management Industry is an added advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated and willing to learn;
• Immediately available (preferred).
