Purpose of Position

• Support in project from planning, executing, monitoring and control timeline management of Colab launches. 
• Work with different departments to understand the project details, provide support and solutions, and ensure project launch success. 

Job Description

• Work independently with cross-functional teams in project management from planning, execution, co-ordination, supervision of the product development projects. 
• Drive for effective teamwork amongst the stakeholders  in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
• Keep track of and report on project progress
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Function Head, adapting to evolving project needs and challenges.
• Report to Senior Project Manager regularly on project status. 

Requirement

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience preferably gained in the E-comm, Retail, Product Development or a similar project environment
• Good communication, reporting and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-minded, people-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• PMP certified professional preferred but not essential
