Qualifications & experience

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with different teams and departments.
• Strong leadership skills and project management experience, able to effectively manage team resources.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in sales operations planning and business optimization.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Design and optimize sales processes to improve sales team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for sales data analysis and sales performance evaluation, identify issues and propose improvement suggestions.
• Develop and execute sales resource allocation plans to ensure the rational utilization of sales team resources.
• Manage sales business systems and tools to improve the accuracy and visualization of sales data.
• Coordinate sales teams and other departments, provide sales support, and assist in problem resolution.
