Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in recruitment tools and social media platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong data analysis skills, able to effectively use data to guide recruitment decisions.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans, including selecting and managing recruitment channels.
• Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships, providing a high-quality candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment data and adjust recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified talent.
