Responsibilities:
- Assist in system development/ enhancements & implementation, performing User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Work closely with business operation team and retailers to ensure efficient and timely brand on-boarding and product listing on Eshop
- Facilitate and support omnichannel campaign to deliver the best customer orientated online and offline experience
- Assist in business data analysis and monitoring product performance to drive business growth for both Online Shop and Food Ordering System (FOS)
- Assist to manage Online Shop and FOS daily operations, Eshop inventory management, order fulfillment, payment settlement and handle customers' inquiries
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in E-commerce management and/or merchandising, with exposure in retail industry is preferable
- Knowledge in E-commerce platforms, merchandising, SEO and digital analytics tools
- Familiarity with web development and content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to details and multi-tasking
- Proactive, agile and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
