Duties:

• Provide daily technical and operation support to end-users
• Prepare user guidelines for system operations and maintenance
• Handle procurement, maintenance renewal of IT hardware and software and assist tender evaluation of IT related facilities
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology or a related discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience / knowledge / skills in some of the following areas will be an advantage:

1. Firewall and WAF Policy, Switching and Routing, VPN, Cloud Infrastructure
2. Adobe CC, VISIO, MS OFFICE
3. Putty, Anydesk, vCenter, Veeam, SAN

• Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative and be a good team player.
