Tasks & responsibilities

• Handling customer booking inquiries via phone and email, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate travel advice.
• Creating personalized travel itineraries based on customer requirements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and attractions bookings.
• Communicating with airline companies, hotels, car rental agencies, and other partners to confirm booking details and arrangements.
• Assisting customers with travel-related issues and providing relevant travel information and service support.
• Regularly following up with customers to collect feedback and continuously improve service quality.
