Duties

• Arrange resources for personnel and training teams that support  company business goals
• Review and implement internal control and risk management framework  periodically
• Review relevant policies and procedures to support strategic human  resources planning and management
• Liaise with company-appointed consultant(s) to meet legal and  industrial-regulated requirements
• Follow up injury cases for staff compensation.
• Ensure staff benefits are in compliance with Company policies
• Handle legal and human resources issues arising from complaint cases.
• Recommend effective human resources and training solutions and projects to support the business strategy
• Assist the Management in  financial planning, budgeting and monitoring
• Co-operate with our shareholders for information exchange in terms of staff productivity and retention

 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Min 8 years’ relevant experience of which 3 year management level
• Preferably with experience in sizeable firm; a background from aviation industry or 24-hour shift operations is a definite advantage
• A proactive and self-driven team leader equipped with excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Solid knowledge in MS Office tools
• Familiar with the HK Employment Ordinance and its application
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
