Job Description
Founded in 2003, Executive Counsel Limited is a Hong Kong-based Public Relations and Public Affairs consultancy. We offer specialist advice on crisis management, lobbying and government relations. We also assist businesses with various channels of marketing and communications, build brands, and improve corporate reputation. Moreover, we provide media and presentation training, speech writing and coaching, and annual reporting support.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day client management to build strong client relationships.
- Managing client expectations by ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Assisting in planning and executing public relations activities, including but not limited to public consultation forums, roving exhibitions, and media activities.
- Conducting in-depth research on various topics and analyzing findings to draw useful insights for client deliverables.
- Developing a range of external and media materials such as client briefings, press releases, media pitches, and key message documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in media or public relations/public affairs/public engagement in PR agencies or sizeable corporations.
- Strong language skills - Exceptional fluency in trilingual speaking (including Cantonese) and writing capabilities are essential.
- Strong media background particularly work experience in media industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge about Hong Kong and international political landscape and current affairs (experience in working with government departments is a plus).
- Excellent client and project management skills.
- Meticulous, able to effectively multi-task, and work independently.
- Strong teamwork experience and work ethic.
- Able to complete challenging projects within set parameters.
- Attention to detail and produce quality work.
- Experienced and effective communicator.
