Job Description

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and process daily mail.
  • Draft business and personal correspondences for emails.
  • Coordinate the flow of information to staff and prioritize inquiries and requests.

 

Travel and Logistics:

  • Arrange and manage travel logistics.
  • Coordinate household matters and communicate with helpers and drivers.
  • Manage licenses and visas.

 

Customer Service Support:

  • Communicate with clients to provide necessary information and support.
  • Follow up on purchase payments and delivery.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with household and personal purchases.
  • Manage household maintenance and liaise with service providers.
  • Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • 2 years of secretarial experience serving senior executives.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, attention to detail, multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
