Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and process daily mail.
- Draft business and personal correspondences for emails.
- Coordinate the flow of information to staff and prioritize inquiries and requests.
Travel and Logistics:
- Arrange and manage travel logistics.
- Coordinate household matters and communicate with helpers and drivers.
- Manage licenses and visas.
Customer Service Support:
- Communicate with clients to provide necessary information and support.
- Follow up on purchase payments and delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with household and personal purchases.
- Manage household maintenance and liaise with service providers.
- Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- 2 years of secretarial experience serving senior executives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, attention to detail, multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
