About work:
- Provide solutions to customers via phone and email, such as preparing quotations and order processing,
Maintain/update customer data
- Provide after-sales service, including home pickup, returns and repair requests
- Resolve issues/complaints
- Work closely with different departments to serve customers

Required skills and experience:
- 2 years of call center work experience
- Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Diploma or above
