Salary:
HK$23,080 to HK$29,424 (HGPS point 7 - 11) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist hospital manager(s) to provide supporting services such as domestic service, portering service, waste management, quarters management, mortuary, transportation, security, car park management, and linen & laundry exchange etc as listed below.
1.
Provide supervision and regular performance assessment of supporting services staff.
2.
Assist recruitment and provide training to supporting services staff.
3.
Prepare staff duty roster and staff deployment.
4.
Communicate and coordinate with service users in respect of provision of supporting service.
5.
Monitor the performance of various outsourced service contractors.
6.
Keep stock of materials, store items and other equipment.
7.
Ensure staff compliance with HA related ordinances, policies and guidelines.
8.
Handle emergency situation or disaster outbreak.
9.
Perform shift and on-call duties and work outside normal office hours, if required.
10.
Prepare statistics and reports.
11.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1.
(a)
3 years’ satisfactory service in the Hospital Authority, or
(b)
2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services / industries.
2.
Have shown the potential to lead and supervise staff.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
1.
Knowledge of PC applications such as Chinese Word processing & Excel.
2.
Able to read and write Chinese and English.
3.
Solid experience in handling ad-hoc and emergency duties.
4.
Good supervisory skill with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
