Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Retail Operations team. 
Communicate closely with Store Manager, Supervisors and related Retail Operations team on daily operations issues.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly rosters for our retail team to ensure our stores are running smoothly according to our business and operations needs;

  • Work on brands & product training calendar for all our frontline staff

  • Consolidate presentation materials and reports analysis to evaluate and improve sales, operations and customer service (Sales, productivity, stock, replenishment, Brands and Promotions performance, etc.);

  • Coordinate with in-store operations and related departments on stock replenishment, MIN/MAX presentation stock settings, price update, and promotions arrangement and stock allocation etc.;

  • Work closely with Logistics team at HKIA storeroom for managing GWP, tester, samples and store supplies to ensure adequate resources for each store;

  • Support all administration and maintenance works, e.g. Airport Restricted Area Permit Applications, ordering of store supplies, general stationery, fixture defects handling, etc.;

  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned


KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • A degree in BA or any related disciplines.
  • Around 2 year work experience in similar position (fast pace and multi-brand retail company experience will be a plus).
  • Fair problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-minded, able to multi-task and efficient time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point). Experience with SAP will be a plus.
  • Fluent in written/spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua.
